Characteristic:

One of the main advantages of our projects is that we optimize the construction in order to obtain the best qualities of both polyurethane compilation and steel construction. Compilation built from thermo isolating polyurethane panel is firstly stable from statical point of view. Secondly it is suitable for two-side isolation, therefore it is snow and windproof. Last but not least is of course the remarkably low initial cost. Compilation of greater width of spam are attached to steel construction. Panel compilation is equipped with cold store technology placed either in the machine room or even below the ceiling panel. Cold store technology is made to measure customers needs. It is designed to correspond the operational conditions, the method of storing and kind of stored goods.

Technical sescription:

Cold storage technology includes basically vaporizer, condenser and cooling compressors, which can be parallelly added in case of higher cooling capacity. In order to obtain high service life and effectiveness of the device, it is necessary to follow specific rules of choosing and designing of every component of the cooling circuit. Panel compilation is according to the disposition and purposed function (manufacturing hall, cold storage) made from PUR panels of width from 60 to 170mm with optimal ratios of weight, length and width. We use technologies of recycling the waste heat to warm TUV and therefore remarkably spare energy. This aspect is very important in meat industry and it is the key to economical production. System of regulation has several options to suit the customer. For fresh meat products we propose to choose the regulation aimed at decreasing water evaporation. This design is also available in several forms varying in price, user´s comfort and value. It is possible to make optimal our systems for the cheapest electrical supply.

Technical parameters:

Technical parameters such as size and number of boxes, kind of goods, turn of goods per day, number of people and work lift truck working in each box are set by te customer. We also adjust the decrease of the temperature over certain period of time, overall storage capacity and maximum permitted storage losses.

Realisation:

Realyzation is done either completely (including junctions to infrastructure) or as a built-in construction to already existing steel hall or brick building. Future details about foundation of the floor or building are on demand.
