To be able to double storability fresh fruit and vegetable you have to used storage under control and is reduced to 1/30 normal value. Such technology is able to remove respiration product extremely long time. Together, with very high humidity refrigeration system and special respiration control software we are able to find optimal storage regime for each fruit and vegetable. Special industrial computer and softwere ensure minimum lost of the goods and energy consumption. There is done optimal design from the point of view civil construction thermal bridges and technological solutions. All these features together mean low initial costs, low running costs. We use for example static strength of the steal civil construction of the roof if needed. Or we are able to solve the civil construction whith minimum steal, mainly from PUR panels according to the local weather and geological conditions. Other advantage of our turnkey delivery civil constructions, thermal isolation (PUR panels) and technology of refrigeration is quick assembly partially done from local resources. We are able to follow even local variety after special ripening test.

Technical description:

Refrigeration technology

contain standard parts of the technological circuit. Large cooling capacities are covered by parallel or specially designed air cooler and compressor compound unit. Best quality parameters are reached by following rigorous dimensioning and construction elements by choice rules PUR sandwich panels are carefully calculated from the point of view thermal lost and static strength. There are used 100 120 140mm thick panels mainly. For longtherm fresh food it is precise (0,1deg) system together with humidifiers used. Energy consumption optimalisation is possible to include. Usage of these system means 50% running cost reduction.

CA technology

circuit contain especially scruber CO2 nitrogen generator, compensation bags, overpressure and under normal temperature and pressure. It´s specially by our company for these purposes. Special part is gas tigth design and equipment for compensation overpressure and under pressure equipment for compensation atmosphere fluctuation.

Thermal isolation

Is created by PUR panels specially designed as gas tigth. Special doors and inspection windows are used. Special gastight floor solution as well as over sealing is provided by our own technology tested many years by our clients and our specialist in our laboratory.

Standart equipment example:

Standard coldstore is equipped by CO2 adsorber, nitrogen generator, by refrigeration technology and items for gastight space. Of course there´s to be sensors and measurement and control system with visualization and data storage.
