Well another harvest is here, this year was good and plentiful year. Ihop I will sell our harvest (Fruit or vegetable) with good profit. What I won´t be able to sell now I will have to put in the storage house and sell it gradually. Is my storage house good enought? I hope that the aroma, look, taste and color of my harvest will stay unchanged? What I wish for my harvest will look like? Once I will want to deliver it out of the warehouse, this way:
Regular refrigerated storage house or storage house with badly implemented CA tehnology.

* Partially lowered respiration and high content of aromatic.
* Rartially removed metabolites.
* Insccurate measuring of values and their regulation.
* Inaccurate dosing of 02 and CO2.
* Very high concentration of O2, CO2 and C2H2.
* Partial arhiving or bad arhiving of dates.
* Bad constructions of air cooler.
* Low circulation of air.
* Turbulent-unstable air circulation in the store.
* High condensation on heat exchange area of air cooler.
* Bad fin spasing and incorrect melting of icing fan.
* Bad temperature profile of air coming through evaporator.
* Defective fans with low efficiency.
* Unsuitable way of evaporator aspiration.
* Hermetical compressor and simmple regulattors.

* More than 30x lowering lowering of respiration.

* Accurate measuring of values and their regulation diversion is max 0,10C.

* Stable air circulation with easy focalizing to each box in the store chamber.
* Low condensation, therefore low dehuidification of product.

* Good quality fans with high effeciency.
* Suitable way of evaporator aspiration and right position.
* Compressors and control system of good quality.
